V. Teaching Practice
5.1  Procedures of Teaching
 In Baguio City National High School the procedure of teaching is must be adjust from the lesson plan that has been made. Include the approach, method, and model. We also must follow the activity, motivation, and mechanism that have been stated on the lesson plan. Because lesson plan is our guidance in teaching the lesson.


5.2  Time Management, Organizing Activities and Classroom Management
One subject need one hour for each meeting. Teacher allocates time well so that all learning procedures are realized. Teacher organized the activities so well. Use interactive way to make all the students pay attention and also let them share the opinion about the lesson that teach by the teachers. The teachers manage the class by asking questions every time. To make the student also understand from their own perspective.
5.3  Problem-solving
In problem solving, teacher use inquiry or discovery based learning in the task. Teacher as a facilitator to guide the students to solve the problem, think critically, and related the lesson to the real conditions.
5.4 Classroom Management
In controlling the class, I always try to be their friends. When the students do their task on learning, I always asking with the students to make sure that they are doing a learning activities. Sometimes the students ask me if they had a problem and of course I go around the class to make sure all of them understand about the material on learning.  Maam Rowena L.Esteron  said to me that I am good  enough in teaching them, but still has mistakes  such like the term of chemistry and pronunciation. The way Filipino speak English is quite different with common people because they use Spain dialect.
